iDataMap has also developed the ProviderPIN process so that any registered medical provider can gain access to RadCard™, provided the patient has enabled this feature. The ProviderPIN service allows the medical group to provide their medical practitioners with a personal PIN that opens all RadCards™ issued through that group.
The level of privacy protection is configurable and a variety of ProviderPIN access management models can be provided to each region or country.
Hospitals, clinics or even government health systems need only provide iDataMap with a list of certified medical practitioners in a standard electronic format. These lists are added to our database with unique PIN numbers automatically generated and sent to each physician.
